You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase alcohol products from eWinery. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction. eWinery reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot verify their age.
To access certain features of our website, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that product images on your screen accurately reflect the actual product. All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
All prices on eWinery are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment must be made in full before orders are processed. We accept payment via Paystack (card, bank transfer, USSD) and Pay on Delivery in select areas.
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. eWinery reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. eWinery is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, logistics partner delays, or public holidays. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information on returns, exchanges, and refunds. All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
All content on the eWinery website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of eWinery and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eWinery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
